I didn't activate my visa debit card, but i was still deducted annual fee, which is completely unreasonable.

Either worst Dev team ever or IT department just do not care about the customers. How could a bank at this prestige level is unable to manage such simple thing is beyond me.

The app said that the beneficial number will be automatically saved once you make a transaction. However, my mom's number didn't save in my list even after I sent her money. How to fix that?
