Update: they finally gave an option to get OTP after logging in. Still, their OTP tries to connect to the Internet so they can give you the purpose of the OTP. It's pretty slow though, I wish there is an option to just not connect to the Internet at all. Now the only issue is the saving UI when I live in Canada where the timezone is not UTC+7. Also I wish they have the selling USD on the app, that's the only reason I go to the web nowadays.

when i turn off receiving sms and only turn on app notification, it sends me nothing when my balance changes in 1 month. then i turn on receiving sms and app notification then notification show up again but sms does not when my balance change.

Whoever approved this app should feel ashamed. The whole experience is broken beyond compressible, with continuous failed transactions and never-ending loadings between sessions. Unacceptable.
