Very frustrating! The auto log in feature rarely works. I cant sign into lectures because the screen turns blank white when I try to scan the barcode. it is painful to try to submit hours. I wish my program would shed this terrible app!

The website is not that difficult to use, however, trying to use the app is an issue for DOD personnel. We get a message saying "Server error, please, try again". I am not sure if it has something to do with me being a part of the DOD and the way they have the User Name set up for us, but we cannot log in to the app and there it makes the QR Codes useless for us to use. I am having to have my personnel enter everything manually on the non-mobile website which is having problems on its own. Fix?

Forced to use this app to log clinical hours. So far it's been far from user friendly. I have a whole view of the week but can't see the hours I attempted to log. Not sure if they exist. Would be great if I could log in with my computer but instead I get a restricted message and that I have to use the app.
