Near perfect tracker and a great revision to the original, the feature id like to see is the ability to pin the most recent note about an exercise set to the exercise in the routine. It could be done by substituting the "goals" pinning option with the note from the last set. I use those notes to add details about what I should be doing the next time I do that exercise but very rarely do I navigate back to the previous week to check what that note was. 5 stars as soon as I see that added

Edit: I have now added quick access to exercise note history in version 3.0.7. You can now view past notes via the history icon next to the notes field under Edit Set. This keeps things simple and avoids performance issues from adding this option in the main diary. If needed, you can add pinned reminders, using Workout notes. Hope that helps!

Great app if only they would add free programs for beginners with 3 lifts and the rest are isolation exercises

Thanks for the review! There are several programs that fit that style like Candito Strength Program, PH3 (with accessories), and many powerbuilding programs. Otherwise use programs like 5/3/1 as a base and add your own isolation work either directly to your diary, or by customizing the program. You can also create or generate your own program.

the app used to be ok, not great but ok. now it's unusable. it won't let me add custom multi week workouts to the diary. edit 8-27-25. I decided to just go with a different app to track workouts. one that seems better overall and has less issues.

This is not an issue with the app, but rather an issue with how you have your program set up. Your custom program has multiple workouts set on the same day (e.g., days 14 & 21), so they all land on one date. I suspect this is the cause of confusion. I’ve replied to your support request and can fix this with you ASAP.
