Afinna One Softphone App is the versatile and mobile equivalent of Afinna One popular desktop version but with unique smartphone and tablet functionality. With the Afinna One Softphone App the Customer will have access to a full suite of features like having access to your full directory, viewing recent and missed calls, and even being able to use it chatting with IM capabilities and Video and conference calls. A full set of calls features (as call recording, callback, call through, call forwarding, queuing management, and many others), and calls logics are available to ensure to the user to be always reachable. Moreover, the Afinna One Softphone App is compatible with all the codecs (G.722, G.729, G.711, OPUS and many others) available in the market ensuring the best in class in terms of voice and video quality.
