The app and card are useful but have issues. I paid ₹475 at a pharmacy, the amount was deducted, but the transaction got stuck. The merchant didn’t receive the money, so I had to pay in cash. The deducted amount settled with the merchant after 24 hours, and now I have to travel 18 km to get my money back. This is inconvenient and frustrating. If it happened out of state, recovering the money would be impossible. I hope such issues are resolved soon.

False Advertise ⚠️ Got a WhatsApp message from them that said I'm eligible for the SuperCard but after log in the App its showing I'm on waiting list, sit tight! They're just Spamming people to attract them on their platform that doesn't have basic features like Bill payments (no mobile recharge, dth, cc bill payment). Nowadays every UPI platform has their own bill payment system, why anyone would pay from 2 separate app for the same transaction unless you like collecting coins of ₹1, ₹2.

The app is good, and I appreciate that it provides cashback on every transaction. However, I have a few concerns: 1. The app takes a long time to open, often requiring 30 seconds or more to fully load. This delay makes it inconvenient, especially when I need to make quick payments. 2. The app often crashes after scanning and entering my password, requiring multiple attempts to complete a payment. 3. Even after setting Bank 2 as my primary account, wallet top-ups are still deducted from Bank 1
