Simply the best bank mobile app I've ever used. Please don't change the format, it's been like this for years and not a single flaw that requires a redesign! Also very fluid!

Downloaded the app for the purpose of applying for a loan, entered all my information and that was it could not get any further it kept saying "algo salió mal". I don't understand what the problem is I know my info by heart not to mention the fact that I scanned my ID. If I was able to just walk into the store closest to me I wouldn't have download this app. It is very frustrating not being able to get anything done. For me, this was a waste of time. Uninstalling! 😤.

I sent money from one of my personal accts to this BAZ Acct to withdraw at 1 of there atm, to find my money did not become available until the next day! That was the purpose of this acct to be Ble to withdraw...
