NO PIDAN A DOMICILIO. Hice un pedido de antibiótico hace dos días y aún es momento que no me lo entregan. El servicio al cliente ha sido decepcionante, la aplicación no tiene como ver el proceso de tu pedido, así que debes marcar a call center, dónde te dejan esperando de 10 a 20 min para atenderte, te dan "solución" pero solo es más de lo mismo: "ya va para allá el repartidor, ya salió el producto,etc". Marqué de nuevo para pedir devolución de mi dinero y sigo esperando la confirmación. 😤

¡Pésima aplicación! No paso de la verificación del numero telefónico.
