Their system that sends you an esim to try out for 7 days apparently sent me an esim that was already used and connected to a different account. After attempting to connect my brand new just issued e-sim with my account on their app, I received a message that,"El número introducido no es una línea Diri, por favor proporciona un número Diri válido." After 5 hours waiting for somebody to respond to my WhatsApp message I was informed the account is already linked with some other email. Stay away.

could be so much better, it lacks options and Diri should allow you to recharge and use the app when you are out of data.
