Zenfi is a free application that allows you to consult and understand your Credit Bureau report, credit score and your SAT information. Plus, it helps you monitor your credit cards.

Zenfi helps you interpret the information in your Credit Bureau report. Discover how punctual you are and have been with your payments, what percentage of your credits you use, the years of experience you have managing credits, how many accounts or credits you have active, how many queries you have in the bureau in the last 12 months and how many theft alerts of identity we have detected.

• Know and improve your credit score

With Zenfi it is possible to check your credit score without damaging it and at no cost. Furthermore, based on your information reported in the bureau, we promptly reveal to you what you are doing well and what you should improve. Receive personalized tips that will help you improve your rating progressively and find out which variables have the most important impact on your credit score.

• Access your tax information more easily and from your cell phone

Zenfi helps you know and understand your SAT tax information. Check your tax regime and obligations, as well as your billing information. Easily download your Certificate of Tax Situation and Compliance Opinion. Monitor your invoices, both sent and received, and set up notifications to make them easy to track.

• Monitor and control your transactions

Zenfi will help you keep track of all your income and expenses. They could identify how much you spend per month and by category so that you have better control of your finances.

I originally signed up using my cellphone but a different email address from school that is no longer active and there is no way to recover my account nor do they have a support channel you can reach out to.

It was working correctly until the last update, now it says that I don't have credit historial but the rest of the information are displayed (my credits cards, time with them, etc) I think, this is a bug, could you help me to solve it?
