1. Fraud Alerts:
• Dark Web Monitoring: Scanning over 14 billion data breach records to detect if your info has been compromised
• New Credit Application: Alerts you on any new credit applications under your name
• Credit Limit Changes: Alerts you on any changes in your credit limit (increased or decreased)
• Account Closure: Alerts you on closures of any credit facilities under your name

App is not stable. Bugs need to be fix. App setting is asking for breach of privacy. Why CTOS need all permission even the unavailable option permission like storage and phone. Just letting me access the bare minimum like signing up is also imposible. I thought this is suppostly to be an app to help make thing posible and easier, not making things more difficult.

Useful app, but unfortunately with too frequent notifications. Which are mostly just advertisements for its paid report. I had subscribed (almost RM100/year) so that I will receive alerts of events relating to loans etc. However, the Notification permission is being abused by the marketing people in CTOS to spam. It is so annoying that I have blocked Notifications in the app.

Data updated very slow. I try buy 2 months consecutively and the report still showing the old data. It's best to buy report every 4 months and spent only 26.50x3 per year. As a service provider if your data is the same for 2-3 months no point charging your customer and you can do subscription plan instead. Don't bother for free report as they really useless.
