Needed 3 attempts with the app before succeeding. I believe the problem is when taking pictures of the IC. MUST make sure the alignments of national emblem & face for the front, and the two for the back, are perfect. Or very, very close to, which means to use both hands to control any shaking. The app should ask us to immediately repeat if they are not. Instead of continuing with the process, and only later telling we are unsuccessful (and having to repeat).

Totally useless app. Tried 10x to register online but always failed. Went to a kiosk at Tealive to register but the kiosk mykad reader couldn't work. The guys at Tealive tell me that the equipment at the kiosk had been faulty for the longest time but no replacement had been forthcoming. And they had not been taught to troubleshoot in case of any issues. Really useless app. Whoever developed this should be ashamed.
