Something went wrong - this has appeared forever. And all the times I went to eat have not registered a chili for me even though we have provide them my member ID. Tried reinstalling, same issue. Might as well no need to have this app.

Absolutely horrible app, if you want to make it so that your restaurant online accept online orders now you should make it so that you can make purchases on the app instead of taking you into another clunky website when you want to order, make a better app or just don't do only online transaction, clearly I'm not the online one with the same exact thought from the reviews I have saw

Although I have already registered as a member of Nando's loyalty programme, I could not login & when I wanted to proceed to "Forgot password," it won't let me proceed. Then, when I wanted to give feedback via the app, under "Contact," the app kept on hanging or freezing. I had to force close all apps, but it still kept hanging when I wanted to give feedback via "Contact." This is the WORST app that I have ever used. When I have feedback to the cashier at the counter, she advised me to update the app. But, I have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, but the results are the same. Very (3x) disappointing & bad experience that leaves a really bad taste in the mouth!!!!!!!
