Although I have already registered as a member of Nando's loyalty programme, I could not login & when I wanted to proceed to "Forgot password," it won't let me proceed. Then, when I wanted to give feedback via the app, under "Contact," the app kept on hanging or freezing. I had to force close all apps, but it still kept hanging when I wanted to give feedback via "Contact." This is the WORST app that I have ever used. When I have feedback to the cashier at the counter, she advised me to update the app. But, I have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, but the results are the same. Very (3x) disappointing & bad experience that leaves a really bad taste in the mouth!!!!!!!

Apps suddenly stop working and keep saying "Opss! Something went wrong". I went on 24 November during double Chilies and collected 2 chilies, verified on the spot and I do received it. On the 2nd day, the newly collected 2 chilies went missing and ever since that day, i cannot on my apps anymore. Edit : 2 missing Chilies is now credited back after feedback to nandos through web browser "Talk to Us?" however I am still unable to login using nandos apps over 3 different device. (Changed my rate from 1 to 3 stars)

No courtesy to inform customer on change of minimum spent requirements to get the stamp. Customer service sucks at some of outlets, don't even have the courtesy to remind the customer to show the apps before paying the bills. Whereas when the customer ask for the stamp, the waiter has the guts to say NO, cannot be done. Seriously??? Deleting the apps right away.
