I like this app but i do wish it would let me add the date I actually start. I downloaded the app the day before I actually started and had to uninstall and reinstall to get right start date. I also wish it would let me choose pounds or kilograms for weight but maybe I'll finally memorize conversions, lol!

EXCELLENT recipes. I've been following this on and off for a year or more now and have lost weight every time I stick to making these recipes. Good stuff, folks! keep up the great work! We veggie people appreciate you!!!!

I like the app but I don't like the constant ads when you're switching between days. However this is a great app to really think simply about eating a more plant based diet. I realized I've been over thinking it.
