Ratings and reviews

I had a good review here but had to come back to revise it. I cant promote this money transfer app because of the amount of transfers I have made that have gotten hung up mid transaction, I'm talking at least 18-24 hours and only finding resolution through extensive live support chats. This app is advertised as offering instant transfers when that is not the case always.

everything was good until today. my withdrawal request is stuck in limbo and apparently no one will help me. I don't know if it's a server error but I am concerned about my money that I requested. I can't seem to get any help from anyone

So Annoying, just signed up and am stuck in " We're checking your Details" for 1 days now , nothing was sent to my email, once you open the app it says the same thing 😔
