Thought this was going to work with audio, but it's only text on the phone. Could have saved money and just used Google Translate. I have registered the earbuds and purchased the premium plan thinking that was what was needed for 2-way audio. It's not. Don't waste your money. The concept is great if it worked as described.

Easy to connect with. My only concern which probably has nothing to do w the app but more with my device I use at work. Once I'm connected it won't translate. I'm thinking it's because the wifi is thru my job which has restrictions. * thts where I need it the most. Hopefully I'll get this resolved

these ear phones are the biggest scam going the claim that you do not have to pay anything to have the translation but if you try to use it it wants you to upgrade to a 20$ month. the customer service us the worst you can't reach them so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
