BOXHIIT contains over 200 highly intensive workouts in 4 training categories: boxing, kickboxing, body weight training, stretching. All workouts are regularly updated. The training category "boxing" is 100% free of charge.

TRAINING JOURNEYS
A "Training Journey" is your training trip over several weeks. You will complete several training units within one week and get closer and closer to your goal.
Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight or just get fit, all Training Journeys will give you the results you want.

DRILLS
With our training category DRILLS, you train your reaction time in addition to strength and endurance. The coach will test you and tell you exactly what you have to do.

ACTIVITY HISTORY
How many and which workouts have you completed in the last month? Which month was the most successful? The activity history gives you the answer by tracking your training activities.

ALTERNATIVE EXERCISES
Exercises with your own body weight are exchangeable. Before you start your training, you have the possibility to customize it by exchanging single exercises.

RANDOM WORKOUT
Set your desired training duration, select a training category and let BOXHIIT decide which training you do today.

I really like this app and using it now with the other one I liked. There are many apps but boxhiit turned out to be the one I liked the most. Workouts are challenging, and I like warming session that you can skip or not. No ads during workout and price for the premium version is reasonable. I hope to see more workouts added in future and also some variety as after a few weeks it does get a bit boring and repetitive.

So far I really like the app and enjoy the workouts. I found it during the pandemic and even with my state opening up, working out at home with this app is exactly what was missing during my previous exercise plan. Adding this to my weight training breaks up the monotony of having to plan all of my workouts. This has replace two other exercise apps that I was using. I am still exploring all of the features and will probably upgrade to the paid version soon.

I mean... It's fine? It's a nice looking app. Has lots of workouts and workout styles, although most are locked behind a subscription. My problem is the workouts are very samey. Each round is just a repeat of the last, just maybe longer. It'd be much nicer if there was more variation in the workouts instead of 30 minutes of the same 5 move combinations with a rest between. It's a shame you can't build your own workout in-app, as the videos, combos, voice guide and round timer is brilliant.
