I've been looking for a mood tracker app to help me in recovery, and this is one of the quickest and easiest ones I've found. When I catch myself I can log in and track it and add a few notes. I also set timers because I know morning are usually tougher. The graphs are really helpful for noticing trends. I use this along with another app to track daily routines and sleep as well as a list of emotions to choose from so I can see how I fluctuate. I would love to see that implemented in future releases, but this app is perfect for what I'm using it for
Almost perfect. Would love to see the addition of an entry widget that opens the app straight to making an entry. More importantly, I would be awesome to be able to add positive or negative feelings to each entry. Last but not least, the ability to add more moods. Other than that this is a very helpful app in dealing with DBT studies and tracking events and the correlating emotional response.
Find this great for tracking work and projects as I stack a mixed fluid flow of projects each. For first time in years I can actually track what it is I do each day and within 2 weeks as a result am taking more time off and a chill space every day - no more endless working with little to know at the end of it. Life changing, worth it AND fun to use xx
I'd highly recommend it. The information you get from it is great because you usually forget this type of stuff. You get to notice patterns, and with those things improve your mental/emotional/spiritual health through preparing for bad times or even good times to make the most of moods. I'd love to see more ways of interpreting the data. Perhaps different sorts of graph options would be nice or other methods of showing the data.
I LIKE IT BUT CAN YOU ADD SOME FEATURES THAT WE CAN PIN MULTIPLE PICTURES AND VIDEOS SO IT'LL BE MORE FUN TO COMPOSE MY DAILY EVENTS? IM SURE MANY PEOPLE WILL LIKE IT TOO. Amazing app. I think they could build in some more advanced analysis because it's sometimes hard to see what activities are the reason why you were happy and which ones you just do a lot and hence appear on good days as well as bad days. I.e. which activities seem to actually have an effect on mood and which ones don't.
