Not Bad The reason I started using this app was so that I could monitor my medication and it's effectiveness as well as my doctor. I do like the idea of choosing a mood to start an entry, however if there were more faces to choose from that would be better. I don't think it's very realistic to only have 5 different Moods. There are many things I've done to make it more interesting. I have been using my emojis as emotions for one.
Absolute necessity I cannot say enough about the value of this app. It is highly customizable, so you can really make it fit your personal life. It allows you to track trends in your mood but it also allows you to have an easy reference for other events you might want to track. One of my favorite things about the app is the charts and ways you can breakdown the data. You can actually learn a lot about how certain events impact your day/week/month/year/life. Additionally, you're able to see, in detail, the cumulative effect.
I love this app! It helps me track what I enjoy doing and it's a quick and easy way to self - reflect on my mood. Ever since getting this app think I've tried to see the positives of almost everyday, even if they haven't general speaking been good ones. I try my hardest to avoid pressing the fugly button and it gives me a more positive outlook on life. Thank you daylio!
Nice little mini-diary This nifty little app helps me keep track of my days, like a diary of sorts. The interface is intuitive, and you can even customize your activities. If anything, maybe they can expand the number of moods available, or allow more than one per day since your mood can change often within a day. 4.5 stars rounded up to 5.
Just a tap away. Been using this a couple days & finding it useful & easy for mood diary entries. I'm reminded each day to complete and entry. Being able to quickly tap all I've done in a day saves the time I'd have spent writing on a small phone screen. I like that there's also space to type notes. You're not limited to various activities, you can easily create new ones. I'm looking forward to seeing the mood charts over time to see what activities may influence my mood for the day. Good app in my opinion so far.
Perfect way to figure out what's impacting moods! In five days, I was able to figure out WHY I was getting in such funky moods. This helped me uncover that it's what I eat and it's how my husband says things (need to be done around the house). I think it amounted to the progress of 2 months of therapy? I think this is best used with the app "21 Days of Gratitude.". Best apps I've seen/done in a LONG time. So... Thank you, oh App creator for a job well done.😁

Moreover, we added backup reminders, to help you keep your data safe.
We are happy to roll out new languages. Big thumbs up to our volunteers! And more are coming in future.
And also we did some general maintenance, few design tweaks, and new icons. Enjoy and all the stars in the ratings are appreciated as always ;)
