About this app

The ConnectNetwork mobile app provides quick access to our most popular services. Using the app, you can create a ConnectNetwork account, manage your account information, make deposits into various accounts, send Messages, photos and videos to your loved ones, and (NEW) take advantage of Walk-In-Retail (Pay by cash) as an alternative to using a credit card.




Our features are based on the facility. To find out which features are available to your inmate, please add them to your account.

o View your Messaging inbox, send and compose messages, and save drafts

They said early morning that they were doing an update. Well, I never had a problem with this app before yesterday. As of 10/20/24, I have so many problems with this app. It allowed me to put in my pin. Got to send one message, then here comes the problem again. It constantly circles and says, wait one moment. Or it won't let me in at all. It does this on and off. We just reconnected, and this is what I get. Fix the buggy app. Don't do any more updates. That's the problem. My credits are gone.

My app was working just fine yesterday. I could read all the messages I've sent to my LO. I went back later yesterday evening, and now I can't read the messages I have sent. I get a message that says ." Messaging requires permissions to be accepted." I've gone into my settings on my phone, and now it will not show me to accept permissions. I've deleted the app twice today, 11/5. No use. I can see my sent messages if I go to the internet and log in that way. What the heck?!

Update... This app is an absolute nightmare. I can no longer accept calls after 6pm they connect just fine during the day but after 6 forget it... Pay for messages and half the time they say sent successfully but the credits aren't removed from my account and they aren't ever delivered. After repeated calls it worked long enough to send out 2 messages and we right back at square 1. It's hard enough having to deal with the prison system without these companies adding to the headaches.
