Rubbish tells me my surgery doesn't exist, I was using it happily for months now it wants to change the delivery but won't accept details input. No contact or query details available, now what I'm supposed to run around fixing problems caused by an uncontactable app, convenient hardly, useful, used to be, what phone are you using, won't accept the answer, have you previously used this, won't accept the answer. How is this saving time?

I use the app mainly to remind me to take my medication which worked great, I got reminders every day for the set time I asked for. Now however, this has stopped working over the last couple of weeks. I have gone through every setting in my device settings and the app settings. I have tried deleting the reminders and re-adding them. I'll get the reminder for one day and then it stops sending me notifications completely. My body and mental health have been completely up and down because of this!

It works sometimes! It's good for ordering repeat prescriptions when it works. Don't ask it to remember when you last ordered anything, though! It can give your blood test results too, but no clues if your data is in a normal range... the NHS app is better for that. I'd rather have it than not, but I'd say it's still a bit clunky, and there's room for improvement.
