Ratings and reviews

They treat riders as their slaves. If someone have issue with the order then 2-3 hours of rider get wasted. They tried to copy hunger station but hunger station is very balanced and good app for riders because they are giving good rates to their riders. Kindly don't install this app

This is a very bad option and a very bad application, the hunger application is very good, it has many options like accident option, hunger chatting option and also many other things, hunger solves the problem immediately by chatting but it is not like this in document at all, in document you can report only once and in hunger you can solve every problem by live chatting with the hunger manager how many times, at least there should be a three time report option in document, accident issues cu

The worst thing i experienced is of it's showing 3 km location of restaurant or customer when you accept the order the 3 km will turned into 7 or 8 km. Ws they get the distance by straight line may be they think every driver has an aeroplane or helicopter so he'll not use road or u turn 🫤
