Install the mobile application, type in an address, we list the restaurants that deliver to that location, other users ratings. Base on your choice, we will deliver your food with our state of the art delivery system, you can track your meal as needed, and you will be notified once the driver is close to you.

it is a hit or a miss with this app. some places that you order from have there own riders. I recently ordered taco bell and it was marked delivered but never received my food product. so I call the number I was suppose to call. on the end nothing got resolved and didn't even get my money back. some restaurants honestly just dont want to deliver at all. however it is not all bad. I have had some good experiences with places I ordered from also. customer service help line is 50/50.

worst experience with a delivery app! I ordered from Jahez app via Noon. I added my order to the cart, and after checking out i got a msg telling me there was an error and the order couldn't be completed, i tried again and got the same error. I received 2 sms that the amount was deducted twice. i checked the app again, and I couldn't view my order. I called multiple times, and no one picked up after more than 10 minutes. I received two orders from the same restaurant!

Some days it wont allow me to select the location, and some days it works fine. There is also an issue right now where the app is duplicated. I currently have 3 Jahez apps. This is an app issue and not device issue. And the most annoying thing about this app is no customer support through chat. Why should I call each time an issue with my order happens. Also, there is no "cancel" order option. You must call the resturant for this to happen. 2 stars for the free delivery and cheaper than talabat
