Install the mobile application, type in an address, we list the restaurants that deliver to that location, other users ratings. Base on your choice, we will deliver your food with our state of the art delivery system, you can track your meal as needed, and you will be notified once the driver is close to you.

horrible experience. you have a 30% chance (maybe even more) of getting your order wrong and im getting sick of it. I got a wrong order recently and kept calling customer service for over 30 minutes and no one picked up + I used the app to issue a report even before calling to no avail. never using it again.

Don't waste your time with this app. I ordered from a restaurant and after one hour, there was still no sign of my order. When I called the restaurant, they said there is no driver available to pick up my order. I have already been charged 4.5 BD for this. We tried calling Jahez numerous times and no one has answered our calls There is no way to cancel or refund your money on the app. I've lost my money and I have no food. They have horrible customer service!!

The app itself is good. But one must ask, why is it that every time when I order something, it says I'm eligible for free delivery and when I go to checkout, there is a delivery charge. plus there are some restaurants that say the delivery charges are 590 fils or something but when I checkout, it's 1 BD. Please address this issue asap as this confuses the customer sometimes for what they are paying for.
