Avoid this app at all costs. I waited nearly a month for an order and it was a complete nightmare. I called 10–15 times and tried multiple different customer service numbers, but it didn't matter which number I called—every single person gave the exact same scripted lie: "We are trying our best, it will arrive in 3 days." ​They just keep you in a loop of fake promises to avoid giving you a refund. Despite of being a loyal fan of Al-Hilal Club and that the app. is good or not good, This is an e-store that provides a service, and the service I received was very disappointing. Nowadays, can a customer accepts that his order remains unchanged for a week without any progress, while the app. states that it takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver it?!!!

My experience was very bad with the store. I requested an order 5 months ago, and so far it has not arrived. In the end, I asked them to return the amount.
