What is happening, this app used to work well. Lately orders get lost , you can't track them, vendors don't respond, am contemplating stopping using this app all together. Very poor customer service from kilimall itself and the vendors. And also the refund and cancel orders click on does not work. Very poor app.

Kilimall is a friendly app, very easy to use goods are delivered on time. Return and refund is where they draw the line. It's been three weeks I returned an item which they delivered wrong and I haven't heard from them since. I wish you would process your return process as fast and clearly as the ordering process.

My best online shopping platform. Enables me to get best products of my choice from both local and international sellers. Their aftersale service (incase you need a refund or exchange) is good. I have always easily exchanged or got refund for products I didn't like. The products have a warranty too. I highly recommend for all💯
