The features are great, when they work. More often than not, whatever feature I want to access WILL NOT LOAD. I tap something like messages or medications, wait for it to time out, tap again, repeatedly. Sometimes, like right now, I'm just tapping and waiting in an endless loop. I need to see what my daughter's doctor said about a refill, but I can't open the message because it won't load. Been trying for 30 minutes. Yes, my wifi is on and working. Fix your app.

When the app works as intended, it's really convenient. Scheduling, online checkin, etc are perfect. There are occasional glitches where the system fails to forward prescription refill requests & this causes delays a couple times a year. My meds aren't life/death critical, but it would be better if the system was as efficient as my excellent care providers are when I see them.

Decent way to contact your doc, since phone attempts usually leave much to be desired, but most uses need work. Specifically, e-check in. It is one of the most frustrating parts of the app. Doesn't load half the time. When you are doing a section it starts a long load of another page then kicks you to the main screen again. Then you have to restart that section. Plus it can happen over and over. In need of massive fix to make it usable.
