This was a disappointing experience. I placed an order and the status showed “confirmed” for a full week. I contacted support several times about the delay and was told it was due to high workload and that the request was being followed up. After exactly one week, the store contacted me and informed me that the items I ordered were not available.

used to really like the app until the orders started becoming separate. what is the point of ordering from the same place if I have to pay for multiple delivery fees and recieve multiple orders

As a customer, you cannot be sure whether you are purchasing an original product or a fake one. Even worse, if you purchase a perfume, you are not allowed to open the package to verify its authenticity. You are simply expected to trust that the product inside is genuine!! Another point is that suppliers are neither assessed nor ranked from the customer's perspective, so customers are expected to trust them without any evidence or justification.
