I have tried to contact the company at least twice concerning this app. I cannot get it to work any faster than an old 1200 baud dial-up modem. I would like to get my money back however I cannot get ahold of them or get a response from any email sent to them. Very unhappy

This VPN and the technology behind it is impressive and a solid concept for maximum security. They don't require an E-Mail or any other identifiable metrics, you will get a passcode. Their transactions are also anonymous which is unique. I had no problem paying for my subscription in Crypto which was at the time of purchase discounted 50% for the overall price. Since the app just launched they are missing some features of other established VPNs but other than that it works as advertised

I was able to connect at first and test the VPN for a short time. However, it eventually kicked me off and said I need to buy a subscription. From what I can tell, it seemed to be working fine, albeit a little slow. However, I am not willing to pay the cost of the VPN as I currently have a subscription for another, and it is much faster. Since this is a new service, it is understandable that the service is running slower than my well established VPN provider. In time it will be better I'm sure.
