Worst app and customer service ever. when purchasing the ticket the payment doesn't go through very often. then it takes a lot of time to receive it and to activate it. I asked about this to arriva support and they replied "it cannot be refunded". just use flixbus!

It is not possible to register with a Hungarian phone number. Only a couple of countries are supported. This is ridiculous. The website says I can buy ticket from the driver, the driver directed me to the ticket office, which has zero Arriva Veneto signs, so it took me a while to find it. JFC, this is chaotic even for Italy.

Worst app ever. Only the person who purchases the tickets can get on the bus. They cannot be transferred. They don't send you a pdf to share. Customer service is alright but they won't solve your problems. Too rigid as an app. Won't use it again.
