Used this to ride with my family on holiday near Riva. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.

I can't verify my phone nr - code is never sent via SMS. I tried 2 different phone numbers (CH and PL) + creating a new account. Does not work. I tried again after few days - it worked. The app is OK - it shows connections & delays. Not all information is translated to English. I also couldn't buy tickets for the connections that I searched - I needed to manually pick and buy a proper ticket from a large drop list. I only knew which one is correct because bus driver told me.

That's pathetic. wasted my money. I booked the ticket for a friend. Turn out You can't send the ticket to someone, You can't take screenshot of the ticket. You can't see the ticket on other device. Even if you login to the same account. And You come to know about all this after You have booked your ticket. What's the point of all this. It's Bus App. You guys are acting like It's a Bank App
