Very slow and unresponsive. The payment has too many stages and if you choose Google Pay (to save going through the bank authorization process) it treats the payment as a credit card transaction - so you do have to go through the authorization process. Not the fault of the app perhaps, but why do tickets expire after 4 hours? If I bought a bunch of paper tickets, they wouldn't expire. All in all, a slow, cumbersome and stressful process. It should be the opposite!

The app is good and looks like working fine. I just don't get what the ad "Autoguidovie" alone means at the bus stop. If you want to make the whole experience effective, you have to write "use the Autoguidovie app to buy tickets online". Writing "Autoguidovie" alone does not help who has no endless time to run to the closest tabacchino to buy tickets. Italians are ridiculous as always

LADRI!!! Stay away from this app. I bought round tickets and one of them disappeared. I wrote them an email to complain and was informed that tickets expire after 4 hours of having bought them!!! Excuse me?? Have you completely lost all ability to think rationally?!?! La furbizia come punto di forza!!
