No more queues at the ticket office or searches to buy tickets!
FNMA travel tickets are available directly on your smartphone thanks to FNMApp. You will find tickets for local and suburban public transport, as well as impersonal weekly and monthly passes.
In just a few steps you can buy what you need and always have it with you, close at hand.
How does it work?
• Download the free app for iOS or Android;
• Sign up by entering your name, surname and email and access the app;
• Click on Travel and choose the Ticket Office;
• Select the FNM company and the ticket you want to purchase;
• Use one of the many payment methods available or top up your credit in the app;
• You will find the travel tickets purchased in the My Tickets section on the home page.
And to validate?
You just have to open your ticket, click on Activate and scan the QR Code on the buses.
In the case of subscriptions, activation will take place directly at the time of purchase:
• For 5-day passes, if purchased by Wednesday, the validity will arrive at the latest on Friday of the current week. If purchased later, the pass can be used the following week;
• For 7-day passes, if purchased by Wednesday, the validity will arrive at the latest on Sunday of the current week. If purchased later, the pass can be used the following week;
• For monthly passes, if purchased within the 15th day, the validity will be for the current month, If purchased later it will go to the following one.
