About this app

The official UNICO Campania app allows you to:

buy integrated and corporate tickets to move around by public transport throughout the Campania Region, with the following companies:
AIR
ANM (Autolinee only)
BUSITALIA CAMPANA
CTP
EAV
EAV Autolinee
SITASUD CAMPANIA
TROTTA BUS
 

consult the timetables of all the companies

organize your trip, inserting the point of departure and arrival, and seeing all the solutions you can choose from, including integrating multiple transport companies

discover the stores closest to you

find the fare associated with the route you are interested in

always have everything at hand, without the need for paper tickets.

 

To purchase tickets, just create an account with email and password and choose between top up the credit in the app or use one of the many payment methods available: Visa and Mastercard, Satispay, SisalPay, Masterpass, Postepay and PayPal (for amounts from € 50 up). You can also register your card and use it when you need it without re-entering all the data every time.

 

With your personal account you can always have travel tickets with you, in the My titles section, but also access the complete list of all purchases in the Movement List.

Ratings and reviews

Once again... I installed the app but it doesn't recognize anymore my password. Used the recovery the app constantly says that an error occurred on the system, therefore suggests to contact the bot on Unico website or Unico's help desk but none of them works. Result: a few tickets purchased and I cannot access them. Plus: no assistance from Unico.

this app is absolutely unusable. you can't check connections, you can't buy tickets, and I think it assumes that you will memorize the whole network with stops and service providers before you try to use it. it's such a shame that a region aspiring to be a prime tourist destination can't make a working ticket app.

Garbage. It took me 10 minutes just to buy a damn ticket, another five to activate it, it kept telling me "An error occurred. Try again later." There is no real time information whether or not the bus i'm waiting for is actually operating (it wasn't), but i did get to see available e-scooters in the area.
