Absolutely love this app, so easy to use. just requested my first payout

I have been a Roamler for the last 6 years , however for the last two years the app has been a flaky piece of junk. More and more merchandising and paid for reviews of products and less actual mystery shopping. I keep getting timed out emails because I haven't done any jobs for months, then when I try to log into the app get constant errors. No help from Roamler because I can't log in. Waste of time. Such a shame as it used to be really good.

The actual idea is great. The app is awful and crashes on you when youre in the middle of the mystery shop which is frustrating and resulted in my photos being rejected (since i had to take photos of the photos to upload to the app when i got home). They need to improve the usability as currently it isn't fit for purpose and is a waste of time.
