Overview of checks and analysis:

Meta-information:

• Analysis of the page title for length (in pixels), content and technically correct markup
• Analysis of meta description length (in pixels) and correct specification in HTML
• Analysis of tobots.txt if Google and Bing are allowed
• Check for Noindex information
• Check if Canonical link is correct
• Check for hreflang links
• Check whether server location, domain and language match the recognized language
• Checking the domain for length and technical problems
• Analysis of the page URL by parameters, including sessions etc.

• Search for useless HTTP headers
• Check if there is a redirect for www. and non www. URLs
• Check the loading time
• Check for size of the HTML
• Check for amount of CSS and Javascript files

Ratings and reviews

Caches a site and never changes again. You have to start using "?clear_cache=true", "?now=force", "?ver=999", etc. to see if anything changes, and eventually THAT gets cached and never changes. Deleting the cache, data, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help.

Simple! Really nice high-level overview of any site. Yes, it makes some assumptions and no, you don't have to follow all its recommendations - they're a general guide rather than a carefully optimised solution - but for what it sets out to do, this app is absolutely fantastic. Love it.

I mean so far so good.. literally no set up at all . install the app.. enter my website URL . click... bing bang boom.. and Bob's yer uncle... very detailed report assigning a grade value based on 100% with specific findings ,listing examples and suggestive corrections and things to avoid. maybe this thing will teach me a thing or three and make my website more gooder..
