EDIT: They have implemented another way to cause you to get a ticket: The app randomly refuses to insert your car info when you're trying to park. You have to go back, go to "account", select your car, then go back to enter the parking zone and pay. BEWARE! THEY'VE TURNED OFF NOTIFICATIONS! THEY CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR WAYS TO CAUSE YOU TO GET A TICKET!!!! I stopped getting notifications when the time expired, so I called support. They said that, now, you can't configure the app to notify you.

This app will allow you to select a parking spot, pay for it, and then the city tickets you for being in a spot that they collected parking fees for. After that, I requested my account be closed and the funds on file be refunded. It took over 8 months to get the check, and about a dozen emails from me met with "oh we don'tknow how long it will take" - what finally worked and still took a month was contacting them through their website rather than the existing email chain.

Convenient when it works, but very glitchy; lately won't process a time extension (keeps saying the app is not available). Have to wait for time to expire and then create a new session. Sometimes I get logged out, or it doesn't have my license plate filled in even though it's the default. Overall it beats a parking meter, but should be so much better.
