It notifies fine, but when I go into the app it doesn't show my student. I can go into notifications and it will show drop off and pickup of him, but he isn't listed on the student part. Also trying to add my other kid since his school just got one and it just keeps spinning like it's loading, had to try multiple times, then it said it added him, but when you go into the account part it shows no kids linked. If I go out and back in sometimes it says kids linked. Won't change bus notify time

The app has improved a bit, but not enough to get it past one star. I am frustrated daily because tracking my child on the app is impossible. When it shows my child is on the bus, and I click, I only see maps. I don't see the bus or where it is, no matter how much I exit and refresh the app. Do better, have real people test the app!

App frequently fails to load, and I can't see where the bus is anymore like i could in the website. Without the ability to track where the bus is while my child is on it, the entire app is pointless. Edit: developer's suggestion that I need to turn on To School/To Home alerts is unfortunately not helpful. I do have those turned on and am still unable to view a map tracking the bus.

Hi, the live map is available from your arrival alert (default 20 mins) until the time the bus leaves the home stop. You must have your To School/To Home settings enabled. The app includes features that let you choose a time setting for bus arrival notifications.
