If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. This app is trash, and I much preferred the website. Additionally, it does not make sense that I can not set my student up to receive the bus alerts. I am in full work mode at work by the time my high school student leaves out to catch the bus. I don't see the notifications until it is too late. The alerts are more important to the bus rider (especially high school).

Replaced a simple website that worked great. Can't see the bus until it's 3 minutes away, sometimes never. Map icons constantly flash, many glitches, etc. Bring back the Web site that just worked. This is barely usable. Edit: Already worked with your support. There are settings to get notified earlier, but they don't work..you still can't see the bus until it's 2-5 minutes away. Already sent many screen videos, still broken. Update: August 26 2024. Unbelievably, the app is now worse.
