Doesn't do all the things it's supposed to do. Sure it tells me when my child has scanned their ID when they get on and off the bus but radius notification is non existent. No tracking of busses if my child isn't on the bus so we have no clue if the bus is close to their stop or not. All notification options are turned on and app is up to date it just doesn't do much and adding additional people who may need the bus info is impossible. I really miss the old system our district used before.

Update: The app unlinked my kids from my account and refuses to relink them. And before anyone says it's user error, it's not. I used to love the website and was excited when I heard the whole thing got moved to an app. Now, I wish there were neither because the whole system is buggy. I've seen my kids' buses "stuck" in one spot, or the app doesn't notify that the bus is within the set minute arrival time. My kids have missed the bus more times than I can count due to no notification.

I much preferred the website; I could actually see where the bus was and how far it was from our stop. So far I have received one notification of what should have been six, and the app just does not load at all around pickup/dropoff time. If there's a "light version of the portal" coming, maybe that should have been finished and released before forcing everyone onto a non-functional app.
