This is one of the worst apps for work. You can't even gain access to your account most times. I've had to reset my password 5x and each time I log in I have to make a new one due to system not functioning right. It won't even save the security answers correctly. This is not acceptable seeing as we have to use the app to view pat etc but also to adjust & view schedules

Hi Lenzie, We sincerely apologize for the trouble you're having with the app. We did discover a bug with the password reset while logging in with your temporary password. A fix for this will be released in the next few days. If you have any other feedback, please let us known at associatefeedback@stafftrack.info.

Won't let me log in, keeps saying my password is inorrect and when I try "forgot password" and enter my email, nothing happens when I hit next, it just stays on the same screen asking for my email. I'm trying to update my information and check my pay stubs and I can't do that because this app is not functional.

Edit: I am trying to log in with my correct email and password and it says that they are incorrect which they are not. Please fix! When I was able to log in I try to click on one of the links and it says there are issues, please fix!

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry you've been having trouble.
The issues we were having with the site that checks credentials has been fixed.
