the keystone mobile app isn't stable at all. it hasn't gone 1 full week without 35 to 48 hours network issues, frustrating customers who needed to make sharp transfers to pay their bills. it is frustrating, I'm facing a total breakdown of network issues even when my mobile network is 💯 updated and running.

The Bank make changes in the app without prior notice,and I got stock,because I couldn't make any urgent transaction in the app when I needed it most,and I couldn't get the issue resolved even after calling 4different customer case rep. since I am not in a position to visit any nearest branch of Keystone Bank at the moment,it's a bad experience for me.

This App has been so useless since I downloaded it. I am not able to make a transaction becomes I can't even create a token. I have reached out to the bank severally for a month now and I keep meeting you'll get a feedback from us. Very unserious bank. No wonder you hardly have customers. I'm currently writing a review to be posted on social media. I regret using this bank as a salary account. Update: Took almost two months for the bank to generate token for me manually after contacting them.
