The interface is better and more friendly than the previous one but updating one's email account is a problem and no transaction can be made without it. It lags unnecessary and very slow to process. Must an OTP be sent for every login... it's not necessary though it's for security purposes. I'd really love that these issues are looked in

The team should have work on: App should have requested for update instead of request for download another MoMo app different from old one. Other annoying thing is that all transactions received have the same narration which make recipient unable to distinguish the senders. Why not working on this too, I'll not be please to using it or not using it again because of it.

App is too too slow. If not that all the banks does not show when I use Used, I will have had no need for the app. Can you improve the used so that one can type like three letters of the name of the bank one wants to transfer to, in case the name does not come out automatically when account number is inputted.
