I think generally, I've had a good experience using the Momo PSB app. it's just that, there was a period international transfers weren't possible (in Africa). I think everything is fixed now. Another thing is, the OTP they send for log in, it doesn't come once, it'll have to come several times before I'm being asked to verify, and that causes lots of delay for me

This upgraded version of the app came with a big issue. In this version 1.19.0, one can't recharge airtime. This is because the field to enter "Airtime Amount" shows "INSUFFICIENT BALANCE" despite the fact I have huge amount in my wallet balance. Technical team should kindly fix the bug, due to the frustration it causes me, please🙏

Very Terrible App! Sometimes when filling out some forms, the app suddenly time-out. After submitting an upgrade to tier 3, it is not seen on the portal that the upgrade is under processing, you then have to start the request all over again and still no prompt to alert you of the initial request made. The developers need to improve on these areas. Now the upgrade to tier 3 keeps failing. Really frustrating!
