This should be regarded as the worst banking app in Nigeria. The good thing about it is that it's actually a bank you can refer your enemy so as to disgrace them in public. 1) The app lags so so much, very slow in processing. Once you open the app, everything appears in slow motion. As if you're begging the app to work. 2) I made a transfer of #4000 to someone, the only thing I got was a debit alert. Money didn't get to the receiver and also didn't get refunded as of now.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used, I should have stucked to the one I've been using I just thought to gave it a try and now I'm regretting it, cause why did I transfer to it there was no problem but when It was time for me get airtime an unknown error is happening, it'd have been better if I know what the error is, but no notification about it is there and my money is stuck I can't do nothing, fix this or I'd keep tarnishing the image of this bank.

As a web developer myself, this app is very annoying and frustrating. Don't even make the mistake of keeping money in the app coz it will low key embarrass you. I kept money there before and when I needed to transfer, it just refused to open. I'm never using it again!
