customer service too pooooor. my account is dormant, I have funded it by trying to activate it, but it didn't work. I have been calling customer service for days now, they keep giving one excuses or another. I tried logging in this morning, my password just became wrong all of a sudden, I tried it several times it still didn't work, until I gave the app some time before it later worked, the whole experience is just too poor, I am still struggling to get the dormant account become active.

Momo is good especially with the offers I'm getting these days. However, you need to improve on the app. The pin verification sent to phone number takes "ages" to get delivered to my sms. I can't imagine waiting for 5mins before I could login to an app to make transaction. Use biometric verification instead of pin sent to phone number. Hoping to see an improvement soon.

If zero stars were possible that's what i would give. Downloaded the app for data plan, didn't work. Wasted data and money. even the money i transferred for data, i can't withdraw it from the account. The whole app is faulty and the ussd isn't working either. You all need to do better and give me my money back. Edit: Your WhatsApp line is not responding for 3 days now. Call line is unavailable too. Email hasn't gotten back to me. You have poor customer service for a big company like MTN.
