This should be regarded as the worst banking app in Nigeria. The good thing about it is that it's actually a bank you can refer your enemy so as to disgrace them in public. 1) The app lags so so much, very slow in processing. Once you open the app, everything appears in slow motion. As if you're begging the app to work. 2) I made a transfer of #4000 to someone, the only thing I got was a debit alert. Money didn't get to the receiver and also didn't get refunded as of now.

I can't rate this app one bit. it's so terrible how logging in can be so frustrating. I forgot my password, all the options given are not working, I sent mail to the customer support, nothing has been done. I called 671, no resolution still, yet each time I try the wrong pin, they immediately suspend my logins trial. that's so bad. mtn, I know you can do better please

By far the most useless login app I've ever seen like there's no way I need otp every time I need to login like it's just stupid and doesn't make sense and sometimes they won't even send you the OTP and don't say I didn't press the remember me button, like I know what I'm doing. (thanks for taking this into consideration and improving the app experience)
