This should be regarded as the worst banking app in Nigeria. The good thing about it is that it's actually a bank you can refer your enemy so as to disgrace them in public. 1) The app lags so so much, very slow in processing. Once you open the app, everything appears in slow motion. As if you're begging the app to work. 2) I made a transfer of #4000 to someone, the only thing I got was a debit alert. Money didn't get to the receiver and also didn't get refunded as of now.

the app is so annoying to use it lags so much, very difficult to login and has a lot of transfer problems, I wouldn't advice anyone to use it. I currently have funds which i transferred into the app and I can't access it, contacted customer service didn't get any response even the number to call no answer. very very terrible experience. NONSENSE

I can't even cry. I wanted to use it as my savings account buh I sort of forgot my pin. I've gotten tired of calling the useless customer service. my money is just there and I can't even access it. Bank app rubbish, customer service greater rubbish. Did I mention how slow and frustrating it is. I blame myself for not reading the reviews before using it. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
