HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Download the app.

2. Create an account by inputting your information (name, phone number, email address etc.)

3. Verify your identity by using your National Identity Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN) or driver's license.

4. Enter your bank account details to enable us to pay you.

5. Accept and complete your first verification request.

6. Get Paid!

Ratings and reviews

This app has so many issues. It seems that recent updates have negative impact on its overall performance. First, one can't open the app unless one starts Google play store and opens it from there. Second, there is no easily accessible / obvious logout button, you need to go into the settings to look for it. 3rd, when you logout and you tap the "back" button of your mobile phone in order to close the app, it will not close up, rather it will display "error 500". Plus some other issues.

After the recent update, a lot of issues popped up. One is the app at intervals request to restart at the middle of an ungoing verification. Also, the total number of addresses does not display under the verified addresses option, even after using the sort option, it still wouldn't display the total addresses. Though, the upload time of addresses has greatly improved. I still think alot of work remains to be done . The new address allocation system also needs to be worked upon...

The app is quite good and easy to use but I have some concerns going by the complaints up here regarding the payment. It appears that the payment for verifying an address is fixed at #400. This is not good at all going by the high cost of transportation in Nigeria. I appeal to the organisation to do something in this regard, the determining factor for payment should be the distance between the Verifyme agent and the applicant instead of a fixed payment.
