About this app

NextSet is a simple but powerful timer that helps you run structured workouts built around sets and breaks. Create custom “sets” with your own round duration, rest duration, and number of rounds, then start the timer and focus on training while the app keeps track of everything for you.
You can quickly build and save multiple set templates (for example: boxing rounds, strength circuits, HIIT, stretching routines) and reuse them anytime. Each set stores how many rounds you want, how long each round lasts, and how long you rest in between. You can also decide whether you want a sound before the end of each round and/or each break, so you always know when it’s time to push or get ready to start again.
During a workout, NextSet keeps your screen awake, shows a large countdown timer, highlights whether you’re currently in a SET or a BREAK, and displays the current round out of the total. You can start, pause, resume, or exit at any time. Recently used sets are shown first so you can jump back into your favorite routines with one tap, and everything is stored locally on your device.
Key features
Create custom sets: Choose number of rounds, round time, and break time.
Smart notifications: Optional sound alerts before rounds and breaks end.
