About this app

Sync your health data from Coros, Diabetes:M, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Health Mate (Withings), InBody, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Suunto and Huawei Health. You can sync to Diabetes:M, Fitbit, Google Fit, Samsung Health, Schrittmeister, FatSecret (weight only), Runalyze, Smashrun, Strava or Under Armour (MapMyRun etc.). Activity data can also be synced as FIT, TCX or GPX file to Google Drive. Health Sync works automatically and syncs the data in the background.

It will sync data from the time you first use the app. Historical data (all data before the day of installation) can be synced after the free trail period. You can't sync historical data from Polar (Polar doesn't allow this).

Warning: Samsung decided that no partner app can write steps to Samsung Health anymore. Reading steps data and other data, and writing other data will continue to work.

One week free trial

Health Sync is very easy to use. It offers you a one week free trial period. After the trial period, you can make a one-time purchase or start a six-month subscription to continue using Health Sync. For the Health Mate (Withings) sync an additional subscription is required. The additional subscription is required due to recurring additional costs that we incur for this integration.

Just try the app and see if it fits your needs. What data you can sync depends on the source app from which you sync data, and the destination app(s) to which you sync the data.

You can choose different source apps for different types of data. For example: sync activities from Garmin to Samsung Health, and sync sleep from Fitbit to Samsung Health and Google Fit. After the first initialization actions, you can define the different sync directions.

Syncing between health data apps sometimes doesn't work as expected. Don't worry, almost all issues can be solved easily. You can check the Help Center menu in Health Sync. And if you can't solve the issue, you can send a Health Sync problem report (the last option in the Help Center menu), or send an email to You will get support to solve the sync issue.

Wow, I wish I had known about this earlier. It truly solves a problem I've had for the past 2 years. My Galaxy watch takes blood pressure and heart rate, whereas i track my sleep with the Google nest hub. Through this app i can have everything in one place, very useful! Edit: Forgot to mention that an added value of this app is that there are third party apps (in my case cronometer) that will integrate with certain health data providers but not with others. this app fixes that too!

The company that makes my watch keeps removing features and adding permissions that I (and based on reviews, many other customers of the brand) find inconvenient or unnecessary. It also doesn't sync easily with other, comprehensive fitness tracking software. I was so fed up, I was thinking of trying a different watch (This would be my 3rd major smartwatch company!) Health Sync as a workaround has been a real relief! I was more than happy to pay for premium to get to use my watch as I choose.

Love the app! Historical and separate water/nutrition are true life savers❤️! I really wish there was a bit more flexibility in the settings: like separate syncing (two checkboxes) for steps and excersise data; another big one would be an option to set different sync schedules for different things. Otherwise it's absolutely fantastic & essential if you need to navigate and sync different health/sports apps (and finally set MFP to read/write correct nutrition data to Samsung via Fitbit and such).

Hello Veronika, thanks for your review. Nutrients should sync from Samsung Health. In Fitbit you should see them, in Google Fit you won't see nutrients data, Google Fit doesn't have a view for this kind of data. You can send a problem report (Help Center menu, last option 'Report another problem'). Sync heart rate to Fitbit isn't allowed by Fitbit.

What's new

Improved Activity Filter menu.

Added elevation data to activity exports when syncing activities from Huawei Health.

Bug fixes.
