What you can do:
- Check-in: Answer short statements and see a summary of your attachment style. Treat it as a starting point, not a label.
- Today: Small daily practices; three minutes is enough.
- Reflect: Name a trigger, breathe with it, and revisit past moments in your history.
- Learn: Short lessons on emotions, boundaries, and connection (more content coming in updates).
- You: Change language, view your progress, and read our privacy policy.
Rejoin is not therapy and does not replace professional care. It is self-reflection and education in a warm, clear app.
