About this app

You open your phone and all sorts of things have happened again. Bitcoin is in a different position; someone calls out something on X, and somewhere amidst the noise lies the news that really matters.

Cryptofocus sorts that out for you. One briefing, every morning, read through before your coffee gets cold.

ONE BRIEFING EVERY MORNING, AND THEN YOU ARE UP TO DATE
The prices, the story of the night, and the rest in brief, covering the past twenty-four hours. You read it through in a few minutes and then it's done. No timeline that goes on endlessly, no feeling that you are missing anything. Once read, it's done.

THE PEOPLE YOU ARE ALREADY READING
Michaël van de Poppe on the market. Khing Oei on capital and bitcoin, from the perspective where the decisions are made. Hubert Margarita on macro, tax, and the stock market, with forty years of figures behind him. All in the app, with a dot next to their name as soon as there is something new. THE ENTIRE MARKET ON ONE SCREEN
What is crypto worth today, and who is holding it? Prices show the total market value, how Bitcoin and Ethereum compare to the rest, and the sentiment on the fear-and-greed index. Choose which coins you follow and see at a glance what they did this week. Below that, our columnists read those figures for you. Never investment advice, always explanation.

GUIDES THAT DON'T OUTDATED
Which wallet suits you? Where is the best place to buy? How does crypto fit into Box 3? What does staking yield? For every guide, you can see when we last updated it, so you can see for yourself how fresh it is.

READ WHERE YOU WANT
Save an article and read it on the train, on the plane, anywhere without reception. Enlarge the text if that makes it easier to read. Share a headline or a price as an image that looks the way it should. YOU DECIDE WHETHER WE DISTURB YOU
By default, we send nothing. If you want the morning briefing, you will receive one notification at the time you choose. You can also receive more, up to three per day, and they can be removed just as easily.

WHERE WE ARE AT
We are at the conferences and trade shows where it’s happening. In the app, you can see which ones are coming up, including date, location, and admission price, and you can add them to your own calendar with a single tap. When we are at a venue, you can read the report from the floor.

Cryptofocus is a publication of Cryptofocus B.V. Independent Dutch crypto journalism, every day.
