I dont know what they've done but the app already used to work only 60% of the time with slow loading times and buttons not registering often. But they thought "let's make it worse". now the loading times can take minutes. images simply don't load at all. pressing "back" to get out of a menu cancels the whole order. buttons react EXTREMELY slowly. it's like they L i t e r a l l y just straight up downgraded the app.

The app has the worst UI/UX imaginable: For instance if you press back instead of the X button to close the pizza editing menu it goes back to the very beginning (where you have to choose whether you want to pick up the order yourself or have it delivered, before choosing your store When you add a voucher from the overlay pop-up, it redirects to the cart, and if you press back you may end up going to the first page of the app And every time you have to find and select your store from scratch

worst slow unresponsive app i have on my phone. amateurs have made this app. and the goal seems to be to take more then 30 minutes before you completed your order. maybe in the future the can make it even more unresponsive then it already is. they sure doing their best to make ordering impossible.
