I'm new to Engie and the app. Since maybe two months. I haven't seen the app working properly since I have it. I guess this says it all. The provider is good, but the app is not. It doesn't even communicate the correct contribution. I changed it, and it's still collecting the former amount. At least, there's a message in the app. UPDATE: Thanks for your reply, but I don't want to call your hotline. It might be busy and I have to wait long. Just fix the app as I'm sure I'm not the only one

Absolutely horrible after this new update (2 months ago). I'm contemplating changing supplier based on how bad this app is. I cannot check properly my previous years because all consumption is wrong now; I suddenly have to pay more than double per month and I cannot change it weeks later; if you try to contact customer support by app your conversation is reset every time you change the screen or is sleep mode, not to mention there was never a person to reply, only a stupid AI...

Beste Sorin, wat jammer dat je zo ontevreden bent over onze app. Je kunt op verschillende manieren contact met ons opnemen, bijvoorbeeld door feedback te geven in de app. ^Ineke

I am new client. I try to enter my new password and the textbox doesn't react at all. The field remains empty and when I submit a typed password, it says, that some criteria are not satisfied. Which one? – I have no clue, because it doesn't say exactly, and I can't see the typed password, because the textbox remains empty
