Excessive clicking required, would be easier to use if you can provide all details and then hit send. Also 'nasal cold' is a bit confusing where one is actually interested in a running nose and sneezing. (Hayfever causes running noses and sneezing as well does that count as a yes or a no for that one?). Would be nice to be able to create a baseline so you only have to provide changes from that baseline.

Really helpful and easy to use. The part I like most is having access to a video explaining post-operative exercises.

sometimes a little annoying being constantly reminded by email to take BP readings.
