Can't access anything, no support options. I started a subscription yesterday with a 7 day free trial before my paid sub starts and I can't access anything. It keeps redirecting me to the subscription purchase page, and restarting the app and restoring purchases has done nothing. On top of that, there's nowhere within the app to access help. I'm hoping this is a bug because it looks like it could be a good tool. As of right now, though, don't waste your time or money.

Great app, WAY too expensive. I love the exposition, the way the lessons are set up, and how you can rate your pup's progress on each lesson, getting more time for him if it's need to really nail a command. There's a large selection of commands and behaviors to choose from. BUT $10 per month is exorbitant. Also, there was no price mentioned anywhere, until I was fully signed up and using the app, then suddenly it announced that after my free trial week, I would be charged $10 / month. Not cool.

it's a really good app in terms of content. My partner and I both pay for premium, I joined with a link from my partner, linking us to the same dog. However, it seems the progress for training isn't shared. We are on completely different journeys and any lessons we do with our dog only get ticked off for one of us. There isn't a share option for most things either, so I can't send a lesson to him via other means to at least tell them I've done this. Massive drawback.
