WORST EXPERIENCE The vans aren't much cheaper than a rental company and you have to be lucky that the owner is giving maintenance.In my case the van stopped in the middle of the highway, and the insurance only provide a normal car as replacement, the app company doesn't provide replacement as well, refund is difficult.As result I will need to rent another van, get my stuff that got locked in the van I rented in the app, and finish my moving another day.If you need a van go with a rental company.

Terrible app. Error after error. If you need it the most it's not working with the worst delay. And then you can't talk to a person because it's only a chat bot....

Rentals are canceled in a very short notice affecting my plans. This service is awful. If you want a reliable renting, don't use snappcar.
