About this app

Track and send your packages with the PostNL app. In the app you always have a complete overview of everything that is on its way to you.
Sending a package is also easy via the app. Looking for a PostNL point? You can also easily find these in the app.
Curious which mail is on its way to you? Activate My Post so that you also have a complete overview of all your mail (note: only available in the Netherlands).
So you always have us at hand!

Always stay up to date! If you enable notifications, we will ensure that you are always aware of the latest status of your package.
Also install the PostNL widget on your home screen to always be up-to-date.

Send something? Have the QR code from your account scanned and receive a shipping receipt by e-mail.
Simply create a label via the app and have it printed at a PostNL point.

Need a stamp? Buy a digital stamp and write it on the letter, handy!
You can also make your own photo card; upload a photo and use it to create a personal card (note: stamp code and photo card are only available in the Netherlands).

The app is fine the service on the other hand not at all. This has happened a couple of times now and i find it very frustrating. They dont deliver on the expected time or say they missed you while not even coming to your house. They dont ring the bell or anything else. When you check the status of your package on the app afterwards it says delivery failed. It then takes them days to deliver my packages to a PostNL point even though there is one almost a cross the street from my house

Dat spijt me om te lezen. Helaas kan ik je via deze weg niet helpen met je klachten over de bezorging. De klantenservice kan klachten voor je maken. De contactopties vind je op postnl.nl/klantenservice.

On Android 13, when trying to load a picture of a tracker barcode it show a message to grand access to load the image, however the permission needed can't be granted whatsoever. Feels like the app didn't specify the permission in the manifest. No notifications for arriving post, Bad communication about when a package is to be expected, app says today, website says 4-6 days.

Niet fijn natuurlijk. Wat de post betreft, kan je het beste je opnieuw af- en aanmelden voor Mijn Post, daarna krijg je de nieuwe post weer te zien. Zou je van het probleem met de tracker-streepjescode een screenshot kunnen sturen naar app@postnl.nl samen met je appversie en Androidversie? Dan kijken we met je mee.

Terrible app, company and service. App shows letters that I should be receiving, but nothing shows up in the mail. Customer support is unreachable and has a terrible chatbot function that only serves to complicate the process of contacting them.

Dat is niet fijn natuurlijk. Als je wat moeite hebt door Daan heen te komen, kan je via https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/vraag-of-klacht-contact rechtstreeks voor chat met een medewerker kiezen zodat die je verder kan helpen.
