To change the delivery address to a pickup point I had to register on the website, which then required me to download the app, which then requires verification of my address, but I have already entered my address both in the website and the app and didn't receive any verification. Therefore I couldn't change the delivery address to a pickup point but had to change to a different time which is also not suitable. And now I don't have a second chance to change address or time. Fak!

On Android 13, when trying to load a picture of a tracker barcode it show a message to grand access to load the image, however the permission needed can't be granted whatsoever. Feels like the app didn't specify the permission in the manifest.

Very frustrating experience. Just wanted to change delivery address. "To change, you need to make an account". I didn't want to make an account, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can only change in the app". I didn't want to download the app, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can't change from inside the app, we are validating your account" So, my simple request is still not filled and the package will be in the wrong place. Its like post NL tried to make this as customer unfriendly as possible.
