About this app

With the VGZ Mindfulness Coach app you learn to live more in the now. Choose a 2 week program. Or follow one of the 100 separate exercises, from meditation to (children's) yoga. All in Dutch. Choose a voice (male or female) and follow the exercise whenever and wherever you want. There is always an exercise that fits into your schedule.

It helped me a lot in a difficult time. I like that there is no music in the background and that there are long pauses. so no chattering the whole time but instructions and then time to focus. I didn't do all of them. many are very short. I haven't done those.

Great app. Lots of exercises. No adds. Already did an 8 week mindfulness course. With this free app I'm able to continue what I started.

What's new

Deze versie van de app bevat nieuwe onderdelen en bestaande functies zijn verbeterd. Ontdek mindfulness via 5 programma’s, of ga zelf aan de slag met de 22 nieuwe oefeningen die je eenvoudig vindt door de verbeterde mogelijkheden om te filteren. De gong aan het einde van elke oefening kun je via de app instellingen zelf aan- of uitzetten. Daarnaast kun je de oefeningen in de app nu downloaden zodat je de programma’s en oefeningen ook offline kunt gebruiken. Verder zijn er visuele aanpassingen.
