It is easy to end up in a vicious circle of stress-triggered symptoms and it can be difficult to find ways to regain balance in life. Then professional guidance is sometimes needed.

Through theory and simple body awareness exercises, the app guides you so that you can change perspectives and see opportunities instead of focusing on problems. When you realize how thought, feeling and body are connected and mutually affect each other, it becomes much easier to understand why you do not feel well.

About Eva Moberg
Eva is a trained physiotherapist, psychotherapist, Feldenkrais educator, and author of the book "Restore balance, let thought, feeling and body come together when you are stressed"

Eva specializes in stress-triggered conditions and has met patients in treatment for more than 30 years. She has taught physiotherapy at Lund University and is a respected lecturer, both nationally and internationally.
